- Level B $104,619 - $123,739 or Level C $127,561 - $146,683 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata part time)
The Lecturer or Senior Lecturer of Information Technology will be responsible for undertaking research, teach and publish in the area of Information Technology. The role will promote the School and maintain links and partnerships with relevant academic, industry and professional communities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading teaching teams to develop effective unit curricula and learning resources (including through unit leadership roles) (Level B)
- Integrating and developing new technologies and learning experiences for teaching IT to support active learning (Level B)
- Designing collaborative learning opportunities at the unit level (Level B)
- Apply leading industry, clinical and/or research practice into student learning experiences and resources (Level C)
- Building effective unit and course teaching teams (Level C)
- Conduct mentoring of colleagues to help improve their teaching practices (Level C)
- Leading growing, increasingly productive, high-quality research, scholarship and creative activities generating high impact outputs in the area of Information Technology (Level C)
